The project involves the construction of a residential condominium to be used for “social housing”.
Overall, the building comprises 20 residential units, arranged on five floors above ground, while on the ground floor there are 20 cellars, 5 garages, the boiler room, the entrance areas to the building and the stairwell/elevator and a “social space” with related services.
In the outdoor area there are 15 parking spaces, with a minimum size of 5.00×2.30 m, distributed along the perimeter of the lot.
On each floor there are four apartments arranged symmetrically with respect to the axis of the stairwell/elevator
