Building renovation “Saul Sadoch” in Trieste

The restructuring of the “former Saul Sadoch factory” concerns the conversion of an industrial building into a residential building, for a total of 83 real estate units, most of which are destined for Social Housing.

The factory was built in the late 1950s and today represents a testimony of considerable historical value for the city of Trieste.
The project had as its objective the realization of an intervention respectful of the historical memory of the building, to be able to transform it into a contemporary residential structure.

The reconversion project of the “former Sadoch factory” involves the construction of a total of 83 dwellings, of which 71 are destined to be rented at agreed rates, while the remaining 12 are for free markets.
